01 General Provisions

dk365 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we" or "our") is an online gaming service provider. These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between the dk365 platform and its users (hereinafter referred to as "you", "member" or "user").

By accessing, registering on, or using any service of the dk365 platform, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood and agreed to these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the dk365 platform.

Where these terms exist in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version shall be considered final. dk365 reserves the sole right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these terms at any time.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following eligibility requirements must be met to create an account and use services on the dk365 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.
• You must be a person of sound mind who is legally capable of entering into a contract on your own behalf.
• If online gaming is completely prohibited in your area, you are not eligible to use this service.
• You must not be the owner of any account previously banned or suspended by dk365.

For age verification, dk365 may at any time request a National ID (NID), passport or birth registration certificate. Failure to prove your age may result in the immediate closure of your account and, where applicable, forfeiture of your balance.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one dk365 account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be permanently closed and any earned bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

3.2 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration you must provide complete, truthful, accurate and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name (as per National ID)
• Active mobile number
• Correct date of birth
• Details of your preferred payment method

If false or incomplete information is provided, dk365 reserves the right to close the account and cancel any pending payments.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. You will be personally liable for all activities carried out through your account. 04 Account Verification

At any stage of using the dk365 platform — especially before withdrawals — you may be required to verify your identity. This verification process helps ensure secure transactions and prevent fraud.

The types of documents that may be requested for verification:

• A clear copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent selfie or photo
• Proof of ownership of your payment method (screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay account)
• Utility bill or bank statement for address verification

If verification fails or the required documents are not provided, your withdrawal request may be put on hold.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into your dk365 account: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• Deposits must only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be on hold if account verification has not been completed.
• Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at dk365, you will receive a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Deposit ৳18,000 → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x), applied only to the bonus amount (not the deposit amount). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions, which are stated in the detailed description of that offer.
• When wagering with bonus funds, some games may contribute differently to the wagering calculation.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• If evidence of bonus fraud or abuse is found, dk365 reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and related winnings.
• dk365 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

07 Gaming Rules

7.1 Fair Gaming

All games on the dk365 platform are operated on the basis of fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined by verifiable technology and cannot be altered by dk365 or any individual.

7.2 Technical Issues

In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game, the data stored on the dk365 server shall be considered final. If a bet is left incomplete due to an error, it may be cancelled and the stake refunded.

7.3 Sports Betting

The rules for betting on cricket, football and other sports are detailed in the description of each market. Betting odds can change at any time — once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that moment are final.

7.4 VIP Program

dk365's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Members move up to higher tiers based on their active gaming activity. Weekly cashback benefits apply according to VIP tier — starting from a maximum of 0.3% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.5% at Diamond.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dk365 platform and may result in the immediate closure of an account if they occur:

• Creating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses or circumvent bonus terms.
• Registering or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources or money laundering.
• Using software, bots or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage in games or bets.
• Coordinating with other users to influence the outcome of bets.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Infringement of dk365's intellectual property, trademarks or copyright.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, dk365 reserves the right to forfeit all balances and permanently close the account, and may take legal action where applicable.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

• Manage your account and provide services.
• Verify your identity and prevent fraud.

12 Changes to Terms & Termination

dk365 may update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified via their registered mobile number or through an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. If any pending bonus conditions are not met before the account is closed, the relevant bonus will be cancelled. Any remaining balance will be returned subject to the minimum withdrawal conditions being met.

12.3 Account Closure by dk365

In the event of a breach of these terms, dk365 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. If the closure is for a valid reason, the balance will be returned; if it is due to a breach of terms, the balance may be forfeited.
